The Town of New Castle provides water, sewer, trash and recycling collection. The total monthly minimum amount for water, sewer and trash removal is $131.02. Additional charges apply for water usage over 12,000 gallons. Click here for utility rates. Regular trash pickup is scheduled every Wednesday with Mountain Waste and Recycling.

Internet/cable providers include Xfinity and Century Link.

There is a maximum of two dogs and one cat permitted at each home.

Fences are allowed with the written approval of the Design Review Committee.

Hot tubs are allowed with the written approval of the Design Review Committee.

There is to be no parking of trailers, RV, boats, campers, commercial vehicles, etc at the property. As a courtesy, Lakota will allow trailers, RV, boats, and campers to be parked onsite for 48 hours to load, unload, wash and clean.
